Amazing how fast the days go by and it’s time for the hay to be cut again. This cutting was baled into big square bales that I call big loaves of bread!
Well the end of the green bean season is upon us here at the Farmers Market at Timmermann House. These are the last two 5 gallon buckets to be picked as we pulled out the plants. This year the grand total was 11-5 gallon buckets which equates to 111 pounds! That’s a lot of beans!
What a nice surprise in the mail this week! Served guests Judy & Don some home made ice cream during their stay and commented we were having a hard time keeping fruit from freezing rock hard. They sent us the Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream book… Stay tuned as today is the first adventure!
